What to know about Twitch.
For games and game streaming, a stable connection matters more than a distant location. Start with a nearby route or Fastest, and follow the game’s account and matchmaking rules.
Dash provides the VPN connection—not a Twitch account or subscription. Service shortcuts and availability may change. Check the app’s current list and follow Twitch’s terms.
Use Twitch with Dash.
Install Dash on your Apple device.
Open Dash on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. You do not need to create a separate Dash account to start.
Choose your connection.
Look for Twitch in Services. If the shortcut is not listed, use Fastest in Regions for a general VPN connection. A shortcut helps choose a route; it does not unlock restricted features.
Open Twitch as usual.
After Dash reports that it is connected, open the official Twitch app or website and sign in if required. Your existing subscription, account, and local access rules still apply.
When something does not load.
Test Fastest or a nearby available region. High latency can come from distance, Wi-Fi interference, or the game server itself; a VPN does not guarantee lower ping.
If Twitch does not permit VPN connections, disconnect Dash before using the service. For other connection problems, see the Dash FAQ or contact support with the error and selected route.

Does Dash include a Twitch subscription?
No. Dash supplies the VPN connection. You still need to meet Twitch’s account, payment, and access requirements.
What if Twitch is not in Dash’s Services list?
The available shortcuts can change. Use Fastest in Regions for a general connection where permitted; this does not guarantee compatibility with a particular service.
Can a VPN guarantee access?
No. Providers may restrict VPNs and control their own licensing and eligibility. Follow local law and the service’s terms.
